What are the delivery times and prices?

Delivery times and prices are calculated at the time of payment, and are flat rates for participation in shipping and order preparation.

- Delivery is free by colissimo from 60 euros of purchase

-Colissimo delivery 2/4 working days (depending on the places of reception) costs 5.50 euros

- Express delivery 24/48H if order before 12 noon is 13.50 euros up to 1 kg

- Bulky products have a separate flat fee and will be sent by a truck carrier, the flat rate costs 29 euros.

- The flower balloon kits also have a separate package for the rose and are sent by express.

What are the return terms?

You have 30 days to return a defective item to us or to change your mind about your items, we will send you a return form on request at our expense. Once your package has been received, we will examine the products if the original packaging or the label is not on the product or if it is damaged, no refund will be issued to you. A product received in perfect condition will be refunded within 7 working days once received at our premises.

I forgot my password.

We will send you a password on simple request by email to hello@beautiful-moment.com or via the contact form on the website, if the password recovery procedure does not work.

What payment methods are accepted?

The means of payment accepted are credit card via strie, a payment service secured by the 3d Secure function. And also available PayPal and the 3x and 4x free of charge.

I have a promo code. How to use it?

All you have to do to take advantage of it is to enter it in the tab provided for this purpose at the time of payment.

The item I want is unavailable. How can I order it?

All you have to do is enter your email address on the article to be notified when it is available again.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it is not processed by our services, once dispatched any modification or cancellation is impossible until receipt.

Are the items in my cart saved and set aside?

Not until the payment is finalized, the article remains available for sale on our physical store or on the e-shop.

I realized after finalizing the order that I forgot some items. How can I do?

Unfortunately once the orders are placed we cannot add additional products but we are working on a solution to improve our service.

The items received are not correct or have a defect or my order has errors. What should I do?
